Okay, here is a trick that may help you to navigate your way around this site - There is a Site Map available from all the pages on this site but  so it is  not taking up valuable space unless you  want to see it, it remains hidden. There is a little trick to find it - once you know how though it is simple - The hidden site map for this website is available from every page! Just move your cursor to the top edge of the page,just above  where the arrow is pointing  -  between this webpage and the beginning of your Internet toolbars (Usually just below the window that displays the URL address) Your cursor will change to a double headed arrow. Hold down your left mouse button and drag down. You will know see a whole heap of white pages - just move your cursor over them and a name of the page will appear, click on the page to go there
